According to the sheriff’s office, a homeowner called 911 around 8 a.m.
about his neighbor, Charlie Jean, trying to breaking into his house. The
homeowner said the man was acting strange and threatening.
The sheriff’s office says the homeowner shot Charlie Jean twice in the
chest after the man got inside. Deputies say the neighbor was also
armed.
