OH: Gunfight, Resident Kills one Intruder, Wounds second, is Wounded, third Intruder Escapes

CLEVELAND, Ohio – A Cleveland resident shot and killed an intruder during a shootout that happened after three men forced their way into his home Friday in the city’s Kinsman neighborhood, police said.

The resident and a second intruder were also shot in their arms during the incident, which happened just after 10:30 p.m. on Laisy Avenue near East 93rd Street, according to a police report.
