Shooting at a fleeing peeping tom is usually a bad idea... but the intruder had been in the house earlier, and had returned. What is a father to do?
Deputies said Troxtel was first spotted by two young girls when he was hiding behind a door inside of the victim's house.
One
of the victims yelled that she had a gun and said she was calling the
police, according to deputies. Troxtel then left through a bathroom
window, escaping before deputies arrived, according to the deputy's
report.
The suspect, Troxtel, then returned at 5:50 a.m. the same night and
was looking in the windows, deputies said. The report said the father of
the victims was at home at this time and caught Troxtel looking into a
window.
Deputies say the victim's father shot at Troxtel as he fled the scene.
