CA: Conundrum in California Gun Carry Permits

This is article does a good job at explaining the convoluted California law.

During his campaign, Jones promised to loosen restrictions on issuing permits to carry concealed weapons. And he followed through. Gun owners now boast on online message boards that he hands out permits “like candy.”

California’s concealed gun permits

As of Dec. 31, 2014, California had 70,593 residents with an active concealed carry permit. How many concealed gun permits are in your county?

The states constitution is the authority of the people delegated to those in government. If the authority is not delegated the authority does not exist. No where in the California constitution is there any delegated authority for the state to address the issue of the second amendment. The tenth amendment of the US Constitution does not permit any state to address the second amendment issue. How long will it take intelligent people to read and understand the limits on government authority? the bill or rights in the Federal constitution mandates the federal government guarantee all of our rights covered in the bill of rights and by the tenth amendment no state has the authority to infringe on any of those rights. So many people prefer to make cracking an egg as difficult as building a space ship.
