OH: Shooting likely Self Defense

Hamilton police believe a shooting Thursday night on Lane Avenue was an act of self defense, according to information released today.

“Investigation of the circumstances leads to the belief that the shooting was the result of self-defense. The investigation is continuing, but no charges have been filed against either party at this time,” police said this morning in a press release.
