PA: Armed Neighbor drives off Knife man

SUNBURY — A masked man wearing a black hoodie held a Race Street resident at knifepoint late Monday night, then ran when another resident confronted the intruder with a gun, according to city police, who responded to the third incident involving a weapon in Sunbury in two weeks.
