TX: Armed Man Draws Weapon, Shoots Robbery Suspect

The robbery victim told Pct. 4 Deputy Constables that he was approached by a man with a gun. The victim pulled out a weapon of his own and shot the would-be robber.

The suspect was taken to the hospital in stable condition and is expected to survive.

The robbery victim was not hurt.
