"Victim" may be used inappropriately below. The investigation continues.
During the preliminary investigation, police learned that the victim and a 28-year-old man were drinking inside the home on East 95th Street and got into an argument, Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia said. The victim left the home and soon returned with a gun.
The victim and the 28-year-old man exchanged fire, Ciaccia said. The man was arrested on scene, but has not yet been charged.
