A Beverly Hills man who shot and killed another Beverly Hills man
following a road-rage incident last year had all charges against him
dropped Friday by judge Richard “Ric” Howard.
Howard found Robert Eric Doyle, 52, was acting in self-defense July
23, 2015, when he shot and killed Candelario Reyneldo Gonzalez in the
middle of a Beverly Hills street before ordering Gonzales’ wife and two
child relatives out of the victim’s car at gunpoint.
