Followup WA: No Charges ifn Shooting of Said B. Osman
MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Police have decided not to recommend criminal charges against a man who shot a home intruder in Mountlake Terrace in August. Said B. Osman, 27, of Seattle, was hit in the chest. He has spent months at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
