AR: Gunfight between Clerk and Robber, Cash dropped, no Hits

Officers responded at 9:31 p.m. to Double Quick Liquor at 8509 Scott Hamilton Road. An employee, Leroy Trevino, 27, said a man had entered the store with a gun and demanded cash, according to a police report. Trevino said he gave the man a drawer of money containing about $200.

As the robber fled into the parking lot, Trevino pulled a gun and shot at him through a window of the store, according to the report. The robber purportedly turned around and fired back, dropping most of the stolen money in the process.
