TN: Man Indicted for Shooting Burglary Suspect

The shooting happened at the AAA Mini-Storage facility at 270 Eagles Nest Drive near the Reidland area of McCracken County. Sheriff's deputies responded to a call from Conrad, who the sheriff's office said told deputies he arrived at the complex to find two men with a pickup truck stealing from a unit he'd rented.

One of those men, 30-year-old Benton resident Garlon Casey Cox, died after he was shot during the incident.
