MO: Neighbor Fires Shot, Suspect Arrested

Police say suspect encountered the homeowner, and then a neighbor who was armed. The homeowner chased the suspect out of the yard and the neighbor fired a shot in the air, but did not hit the suspect.

The suspect was arrested, and taken to a local hospital for treatment because police say he was out of breath after the run.
