Followup WV: Intruder who was Shot, knew homeowner

Yesterday afternoon, authorities completed their processing at the scene. Detectives are still conducting interviews and combing through the evidence collected.

Justin William Jones, 33, of Spring Fork Drive near Charleston, was killed when the homeowner shot him for breaking into his house.

According to deputies, the burglary was not a random incident. The homeowner and Jones knew one another.
