Followup AL: Grand Jury to Decide if Charges warranted in Shooting of Prince Johnson

Prince Johnson, 57, of Calera, was killed. Detorious Lamar Kirsey, 27, of Montevallo was identified by police as the man who fired the deadly shot. Lemley on Monday said the findings of the investigation will be presented to a grand jury to determine whether the shooting was self-defense or criminal.
