fact Check ! since the liberals and Dems destroyed the requirement to pass a high school level civics course as a requirement to graduate high school few under the age of 66 have been requires to study and understand our constitution. An agency created by congress or a state legislature gives that agency the authority to write its regulations that all employees must follow and comply with all male employees must wear a purple three piece suit with a grey top hat. only green ink pens are to be used and all forms must be on yellow paper and so on. those agencies have absolutely no lawmaking authority that clients of that agency must comply with too many agencies think they have law making regulation authority their clients must follow. Only congress and legislatures have law making authority the clients of those agencies must comply with. now how do we fix the problem with the over reach of so many of those agencies???? I remember ATF came out with a regulation , if you wanted to retail black powder it had to be stored in a safe. if your business were to catch fire you just created a black powder bomb. ATF has no authority to force you to buy a safe. there are far better ways to secure black powder. Oh, this safe is built to withstand 5,000 degrees. the Anaheim fire reached temperatures of 12,000 degrees steel hand rails melted. 1,200 apartments burned to the ground. my brothers coin collection was a lump of melted coins. Congress passes the laws citizens are required to obey not government agencies.
