Prosecutors have dismissed a case against a man charged with criminal homicide in an attempted robbery outside a Waffle House after the shooting was deemed self-defense.
Steve Hayslip, a spokesman with the Davidson County District Attorney's Office, confirmed Tuesday the charge against Mehvan Abdullah, 25, was dropped.
