CHICAGO (CBS) – A man accused of breaking into a home on Chicago's Northwest Side early Sunday morning is hospitalized after police say he was shot by the homeowner he was attempting to rob.
The
27-year-old suspect, identified as Jeremy Tyler, was listed in critical
condition Sunday evening after he was shot in the arm by the homeowner.
He has been charged with a felony count of burglary.
