I had a similar situation once. The county told me they had a complaint about my old truck that it was an eye sore and they were going to send out a two truck to haul it off and send me the bill. That old truck is licensed and insured and has been parked since 2003. So I told that county employee to be sure to send some one out they did not like she said why I said because if any one hooks on to my legally licensed and insured truck I will shoot them. I went to court presented my tags for all of those years it had set there and my proof of insurance for all of those years. I won and that truck is still parked and after I proved in court that I was being harassed about five days later five country employees were looking for a job.
More people need to actually read the laws and study our constitution far too many government agencies are way out of control.

I personally think it should be a legal requirement for any one running for office should be a requirement to pass a high school final exam for civics so when they get sworn in to that elected office they actually know what they took an oath to uphold and defend.
