"I got up, and I [saw] this guy running down my hallway with a mask on, and he had a gun. So I immediately slammed my bedroom door and he just kept shooting through my door," says the homeowner. She did not wish to be identified.
Police say the man was wearing a ski mask and gray shorts, but no shirt. He kept asking for money. But the homeowner found her gun and when she took aim they both opened fire.
