TX: Avino Gonzalez No Billed by Grand Jury a year after Shooting

A Brewster County grand jury has returned a no bill in the year-old shooting of three men outside a home in the 600 block of East Holland Street near the Stripes convenience store.

The grand jury reviewed “all the evidence including new lab reports” and determined it was not enough to indict Gonzalez, District Attorney Rod Ponton said.
