WV: 75-Year-Old Man with Fake Gun shot, Killed in Robbery Attempt

The release states that the man presented a fake — but realistic-looking — gun to the shop’s owner behind the counter, who in turn drew his own gun and shot the older man multiple times.

When police responded to the scene, the man was found unresponsive inside the business, and he later died, according to the release.
