A neighbor heard the commotion, particularly someone say
“gun.” The neighbor retrieved his handgun and went outside to protect his
family. The neighbor stated he saw Vega run toward his house after the ruckus
with the females. The neighbor stated Vega tried to open his front door and
then tried to open a window. The neighbor stated he fired two warning shots
into the air and Vega then fled the scene.
