TX: Investigation ongoing, 31-Year-Old shot by 69-Year-Old



Investigators said the 31-year-old got into an argument with a 69-year-old. The argument escalated and it was alleged the 31-year-old kicked the other person's car, which caused the 69-year-old to shoot them.
