Police said he was ejected from one portion of the club and then pushed past employees to enter a restricted area. The security guard, described as a man in his early 60s, “engaged in a physical altercation” with him, according to TPD.
The man repeatedly struck the security guard, who then fatally shot him. No arrests have been reported in connection to the shooting.
