UT: Domestic Defense? Fatal Shooting may be Justified

Police say they will not be making an immediate arrest following a shooting that took place in a Logan home and left one man dead early Friday morning.


Capt. Tyson Budge said 23-year-old Dylan Milian was shot in the chest at about 6:35 a.m. at a home on Riverbend Road where his former girlfriend, Jordan Oakden, lives with 26-year-old Jeremy Boyle and his mother.

According to police, Milian showed up at the home and was making threats after communicating via text message with Oakden earlier in the morning
