Followup FL: No Charges for Clerk who Shot Habitual Criminal
ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. -- Deputies say the Escambia County hotel clerk who shot a suspect during an altercation on Sunday will not be charged.
According to the Escambia County Sheriff's Office, the incident happened around 4:20 a.m. at the Quality Inn at New Warrington Road.
