OH: Armed Neighbor, Shoots Rottweiler, Stops Vicious Attack
LORE CITY — A neighbor’s quick actions to shoot and kill a large Rottweiler attacking an 11-year-old girl at a North Avenue home in Lore City Friday likely lessened the injuries to the girl and the dog’s owner who tried to stop the attack.
