Friends had gathered to have a bonfire and were visiting
with each other when an argument broke out regarding the whereabouts of
a firearm. The results of the argument ended in Writtenberry being
shot.
Jordan Carper is the resident of the McClain address and was the individual who shot Nicholas Writtenberry.
PCSO Investigators, along with the District Attorney’s
office, are investigating the case. At this time it appears to be a
self-defense shooting.
