In a separate shooting incident early Tuesday in the Hoffman Triangle neighborhood, a fight among a group of people resulted in three being shot around 12:07 a.m. in the 3700 block of Washington Avenue.
Police said after the fight broke out and appeared to conclude, one man “retrieved a firearm” and began to shoot, striking an adult man and adult woman. Someone managed to shoot back, wounding the first shooter.
