This woman is one of the increasing numbers of women who are arming themselves for their protection.
Helena Police Officer Robert Johnson says around 4pm Monday two men
attempted to rob the Helena Package Store, and at least one of them was
armed.
The store owner shot one suspect with a handgun, but the other one
got away. The injured suspect is in stable condition at the Medical
Center of Central Georgia.
