Police were called at 2:33 a.m. Sunday to the first block of Ardmore Drive. The motorcycle owner’s wife told police she was watching television when she heard a noise and saw a man tampering with their motorcycle, which was parked a few feet from the front door of the home. She said he also was urinating.
She woke her husband, 48, who grabbed an unloaded shotgun and confronted the man. The owner of the motorcycle said he cocked the gun and the man outside the house raised his hands and they waited for officers to arrive.
