Followup IN: No Charges in Shooting Death of Phillip Sullivan

"Immediately prior to the shooting, the driver asked Mr. Sullivan multiple times to exit her vehicle," said Michael Leffler, spokesman for the prosecutor's office. "Mr. Sullivan instigated a physical altercation in an attempt to take the driver’s handgun from where she had it secured on her person." One shot went off from the handgun, killing Sullivan.
