MA: Gunfight, Possible Home Invasion, Investigation Ongoing



Tavares said police were sent to a home on Cherry Street around 2:49 a.m. Saturday after a 911 call came in reporting a home invasion. He said a resident exchanged gunfire “back and forth” with a suspect, according to the caller.
