Investigators say that a physical altercation took place between Little, who was working at McDonald’s at the time of the fight, and three other people inside the restaurant.
According to police, three people went into the kitchen of McDonald’s, approached Little and began to assault him. Little discharged a firearm during the fight.
Little, who remains hospitalized will be charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, possession of a stolen firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and discharge in city limits.
Investigators say the three people who are accused of going into the kitchen to assault Little are: 20-year-old Cory DeAndre Malik Mashburn Brown, 18-year-old Jiziah Smith and 18-year-old Jacob Johnson.
Brown and Smith have both been charged with misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor conspiracy. A warrant for Johnson’s arrest has been issued for those same charges.
