At 10:25 a.m. in the 3100 block of West Cermak Road, a 23-year-old man was outside at the above l when two people approached on foot. Police said a fight ensued, at which time the 23-year-old male, who is a valid CCL and FOID cardholder, produced a firearm and fired shots toward the individuals. One of the individuals was shot in the body and was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition.
