NRA:Concealed Carry Reciprocity is on the Move : Call NOW

The U.S. House Judiciary Committee has scheduled a full committee mark-up of H.R. 38, the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, this Wednesday!  It’s therefore more important than ever to urge your member of Congress to support this crucial legislation.

Concealed carry reciprocity is the NRA’s highest legislative priority in Congress. It would ensure that states recognize the concealed carry credentials of other states. This would end abuses in anti-gun states like New York and New Jersey and allow law-abiding concealed carriers to exercise their rights nationwide with peace of mind.

Follow my thinking, the supreme court has ruled on every issue concerning constitutional guaranteed rights, your rights travel with you , no one can deny you your constitutionally guaranteed rights, the constitution clearly states no state can deny a resident from another state the same rights and privileges as a resident of that state is entitled to. No state can tax a person from another state. all states must recognize the legal status of a person from any other state. Non citizens are not entitled to constitutional protections. and on and on. Federal laws are above those of state laws. federal laws are for all citizens where ever they are or what state they are in. as long as it is inside the borders of this country. we have the right to keep and bear arms period no mater where we are. the same as we have the right to speak any where. all rights are equally protected. the ninth amendment covers all rights not specifically written. so what is the problem with nationally exercising of the right to carry, one more ruling a right can not be required to have a license or a permit or be taxed to exercise that guaranteed right. How many gun grabbers does it take to make one brain, No one knows it hasn't happened yet.

The ninth amendment protects the right to chose open or concealed carry.

Ninth Amendment:

Rights Retained by the people

"The enumeration in the constitution of certain rights Shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the People."

Do you believe you have the freedom of choice. We make choices every day of our lives. Must it be a right or there would be laws against it. Do you have the right to speak? I do and the supreme court has ruled all rights are equal in force and effect. therefore it is unconstitutional to make laws that limit freedom of choice. government can not pass laws that required you to leave any thing out in the weather to be destroyed. weapons are expensive and must be covered up from the elements. You can choose to carry openly in good weather or covered and concealed in bad weather. Some weapons are to large to carry concealed. and some are so small they fit in your pocket. composite guns wont rust be steel ones do. Laws that prevent choice are unconstitutional the same as laws that prevent speech are unconstitutional.

New York State is paradise compared to Maryland, which is on par with Connecticut for Government 2A hatred.

Start a movement to prevent the politicians from employing armed body guards and see if the laws change for self defense and the right to carry.

It might surprise people to know that cops originally did not carry guns. eventually they found it difficult to arrest people without guns. The stated duty of cops is to investigate crimes and bring the suspects to court. there were a lot of dead cops before they got permission to carry.
