Bobb is reported to have a long criminal history
WELLS, Nevada (ABC4 News) - A man is dead after he was shot outside a home in Wells, Nevada.
An Elko County Sherriff deputy said he responded to a call reporting a man yelling and screaming outside a residence near 1100 Wells Avenue.
Before the deputy got to the scene, he received a call telling him that the man had been shot by the homeowner.
