MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) - The Manatee County Sheriff’s office is continuing to investigate a shooting that occurred on Dec 26. They have also identified one suspect arrested in connection with the incident that left one dead after the homeowner fought back with a gun.
Sheriff Rick Wells stated during a press conference, “This is the state of Florida. If you break into someone’s home, you should expect to be shot.”
