Officers arrived to find 27-year-old Sean Six with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
Through the investigation, Homicide Detectives learned Six had broken into the home where his ex-girlfriend was staying with a friend. Six first tried to get in through a window, but then kicked in the front door.
The ex-girlfriend's friend shot Six after he entered the home.
