CO: Armed Homeowner Wins Gunfight with man Shooting Through Door
SCIOTO COUNTY — The Scioto County Sheriff's Office says it appears a homeowner shot a man who was firing a gun into his home in self defense, ABC 6/FOX 28 News has learned.
According to Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini, a 911 call from 11 Leonard Street in Scioto Furnace at 11:39 p.m. alerted police to a person outside of the home shooting through the door. Bullets were going into the house, the caller said.

I believe that SCIOTO COUNTY is in Ohio, not in Colorado, as indicated in the title.
