Followup MI: Justin Eddy was Acting Pranoid prior to Attacking Homeowner, and Being Fatally Shot

At that point, Eddy allegedly forced his way into a home in the 4000 block of East Muskgrove Highway and told the homeowner that he was being chased by someone trying to kill him.

The homeowner retrieved a firearm and went outside with the intruder, but could locate no one else.

Both men then went back inside the house, where the intruder began acting erratically and angry before assaulting the homeowner. The homeowner then shot Eddy.

Police say they suspect drugs and alcohol were factors in the incident and say Eddy and the homeowner had no prior connection.
