FL: Neighbor shoots back at Drive-by

Melissa Mitchell, 32, was shot and killed in the 1300 block of Eighth Street by an unidentified man driving a Kia Sorento, police said. A neighbor at the scene shot back at the fleeing car and the man was injured, the report said. Police later found the car crashed into a tree in Gaines Park, just a few blocks north.
