Followup FL: Aggressive Tresspasser who was shot identified

Desimone lunged at Nundy, prompting Nundy to fire a warning shot into the floor, deputies say.

Nundy told detectives he told Desimone to leave as many as 50 times, but Desimone did not comply, repeatedly stopping and making aggressive movements toward him before the two went outside and continued to circle one another on the patio near a shallow pool.
