Democrat Senators Fear Beto O’Rourke Torpedoed Gun Control with Confiscation Push

Democrat senators currently pushing gun control laws worry presidential candidate Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke torpedoed any chance of passage via his insistence on firearm confiscation.

Breitbart News reported that O’Rourke talked of confiscating firearms during the September 12, 2019, Democrat debate. He said, “Hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15.”

During an appearance on MSNBC the next morning, O’Rourke made clear that handing over AR-15s will be “mandatory” under his plan. Breitbart News reported that O’Rourke’s push was a game-changer, proving the left’s goal is gun seizure.

I do not own an AR-15, but I will not willingly give up any of the semi-auto weapons that I do own. I'm sure there are many law abiding gun owners that feel the same way.

I would have to give that worthless ignorant jerk all of my ammo first.

Dean,

I could get on board with O'Dork's plan if a small change was made. The only people who would be allowed to confiscate the guns are the politicians who voted for the law. Win-win! We could directly meet the tyrants and find out how dedicated they are to their ideas. It would fun to say NO! right to their faces and then dare them to take our guns.

Dean, Did you see IG Horowitz testify before the congressional committee? the person doing the questioning made a point to define the word SHALL ,Do you understand Shall means MUST? Ok then SHALL NOT must Mean Must Not. Legally the word shall is used as an absolute command. there is no wiggle room It must be done or it must not be done. Which brings us to SHALL NOT BE INFRINGRED. This means congress is forbidden to pass infringing laws. The supreme court has ruled "An unconstitutional law is void" The only constitutional way to change the Second Amendment is by a Ratified Amendment. Congress is constitutionally forbidden to pass acts or laws that by definition are infringements. Congress can not ignore any of the 26 words in the second Amendment and it can not add one word to the second amendment. The Tenth Amendment denies the ability to amend the Federal constitution. This means there are no valid federal gun/weapons laws and states have no authority to pass laws that conflict with the federal constitution. Individual states do not have the authority to pass infringing laws There is no age limit in the 26 words of the second Amendment. There is no license or permit required in the Second Amendment and the supreme court has ruled your constitutional rights travel with you even across state lines. We are first Sovereign Citizens of this country and secondly We are residents of the state we live in and all citizens have the same rights any where they are in this country. there are no valid weapons laws because the second Amendment has never been Amended> Politics has always been responsible for unconstitutional laws being passed. The supreme court rulings exist and the strength of the constitution must prevail. I think I could speak for hours on these topics. Agencies created by our government have no authority to make laws by regulation.
