WI: Sheboygan Fatal Shooting Investigated as Self Defense Case

SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Monday's fatal shooting in Sheboygan may have been a case of self defense. Police say the 22 year old shooter reportedly shot the victim after the victim pulled out a gun first during an argument while both were still inside the car. This happened in the parking lot of the Cash Store on South Business drive Monday.
