OK: Homeowner Captures Fugitive for Police

The homeowner told KOCO 5 that the man told him he was trying to hide from police who were outside the home looking for him.

When Dildine saw the man, he grabbed his gun and pointed it at the 35-year-old suspect.

He said he managed to get one of Ryan’s hands behind his back. With his free hand, he moved him towards the front door.

“I told him to keep his hands where I could see him.”

Dildine said the Ryan kept telling him not to shoot him.

“I didn’t want to,” he said. “All I said was you got to give this up.”
