WI: Dispute over Music. Man Attacks Neighbor, is Shot, Killed

Officials responded to reports of a shooting at Portage Court Apartments around 5 p.m. Monday. Police say Reynolds was playing loud music in his unit and wouldn’t turn it down at the request of 49-year-old Calvin Eldridge. Eldridge slammed his door and walked out of the apartment, prompting Reynolds to follow and engage him in a fist fight. Eldridge, police say, pulled a gun and shot Reynolds.
