It all started when a woman told the police that her friend was dropping her off at the home. She says that when she arrived, the male victim, who is her mother’s boyfriend, approached her.
That is when she says the victim caused a disturbance that turned physical and led to him punching her.
She says her friend attempted to defend her, but the victim started attacking her friend, which caused them fall to the ground tussling. She then told police that the gun her friend had on him went off.
