Deputies with the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office said a person called 911 saying two men were having an argument when one of them shot the other in the leg.
The man with the gunshot wound left the scene but was later located by deputies and medics, deputies said, adding that they found the shooter still at the residence with injuries to his arms and chest. Deputies said the alleged shooter was the property owner.
